Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It certainly would Hoax - and, of course, "an exercise bike, treadmill or X-trainer would be really useful for you when you get into serious rehab wouldn't it?" "yep" "well, I could use one too so we could go halves..." Not talking about running best stragy here at moment too Gobi. I am fast getting into the habit where it is all done by the time he gets up most of the time anyway and he wakes to freshly made coffee and breakfast so that has to be to his advantage ;-)

It was hard work yesterday Steve wasn't it! I did intervals this morning but my legs were having none of it so it didn't exactly work as planned! I was sales shopping yesterday, prior to club run, so knackered before we even started! Good luck with the sales - it was bedlum yesterday.

Hope you did well in the sales Steve. Glad it is less mad than yesterday, we are just thinking of popping in again as we gave up yesterday. I am having a rest day tomorrow (unless Paul comes back from a gig in time for the club run) then doing a 9 or 10M on Saturday and the race on 1st. Will call Sue later to see if our schedules hook up at all over the next few days.

Very tough 30 min treadmill hill intervals session. Was trying to establish my Max HR for my new Garmin and HRM training regime. It was fun, other than at the point where I was at my max. I almost fell off the back and passed out!
