6 miles at lunchtime. First run with my new Garmin 305, and more importantly, my first run with a 70% max heart rate recovery ceiling. It felt really slow, especially on any inclines, but it was fun. I normally HATE having people flying past me, but having read the Hear Monito for Idiots book, I;m happy to let them go.
Oh, and the run was nice as it was the same loop I did last week - around the Thames from the Millennium footbridge by St Pauls to Vauxhall Bridge. London's ace

Hendo, one hill does not a fell runner make, you ought to have given me a shout and we could have come running with you. We live 10 mins away from Matlock
Nice to see everyone still doing a bit.
Elderberry (glam granny of the year), it's amazing how much easier walking in the hills is after running isn't it?
