Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

6 miles at lunchtime. First run with my new Garmin 305, and more importantly, my first run with a 70% max heart rate recovery ceiling. It felt really slow, especially on any inclines, but it was fun. I normally HATE having people flying past me, but having read the Hear Monito for Idiots book, I;m happy to let them go.

Oh, and the run was nice as it was the same loop I did last week - around the Thames from the Millennium footbridge by St Pauls to Vauxhall Bridge. London's ace :-)

Hendo, one hill does not a fell runner make, you ought to have given me a shout and we could have come running with you. We live 10 mins away from Matlock :-)

Nice to see everyone still doing a bit. :-)

Elderberry (glam granny of the year), it's amazing how much easier walking in the hills is after running isn't it?
