Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

First run since Sunday as I was forced to stay indoors over the last few days with a horrible cold. Feeling better this morning and managed a short run. Good to get back out again.

2.7 miles faster than usual as I hadn't expected a chance to run today - the straw that broke the camel's back though - apparently I'm obsessed with running and when I'm not actually doing it I'm talking about it on the interweb........

divorce proceedings were mentioned in a jokey, btw kinda way.

Oops.

I have the same problem Hoaxter. We are not married so no jokes about divorce but I got my marathon place the day my partner was told that his badly broken leg (from an accident in July) is not mending properly so weeks more in plaster and possible further surgery looms. Not the best timing so my training is not going down very well :-(

This may help, and it may not.....

He's gonna need to do lot's of rehab sis - rebuilding all that atrophied muscle - I hear a gentle jog can be quite good for that.
