Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A steady 6.7 miles with my running buddy, both of us rejoicing in PBs over the weekend. Almost didn't notice the cold.

Blooming cold, but still lovely 4 miles in the dark. Magic.

#earlycrew 5 miles, pretty slow. Garmin was acting up so I looked at cadence and HR rather than pace / distance... must start doing something with all this data one day...

Still feeling a bit stiff from Saturday's BMF session.

One of the best. Get my fat arse out of bed at 5:30am, to be greeted by pitch blackness and a slight mist. A joyous 5 miles on deserted country lanes with a tunnel of light lit up by a 400 lumen head torch (which usually resides on my bike, hence it has more cojones than the usual headtorch). Eerie, and magical.

Rather good. 14 miles over a sunny, hilly route, kept wanting to stop to take photos, but legs were good for more

6 miles mild and damp. More traffic than usual for some reason.
