Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Overdressed for an #earlycrew 5-miler. Hat and gloves off within the first quarter-mile, jacket off and tied around waist after 2 miles.

Warm. Hat and gloves off by halfway. Glad I opted for shorts.

Congrats Fitz!

I walked to an appointment with a careers adviser then ran back via lots of parks and green spaces making it about 80% off-road. I popped into my favourite cafe at the end and had a flat white then a lovely friend I hadn't seen for ages walked in and we caught up. :)

Yesterday 5km after doing a little job involved me getting the bus, So I wore my running kit and ran home! Getting a steady pace now... hoping training will increase my pace.

An enjoyable 5.2 miles on mixed terrain beforte dawn, including beach & trail, in spite of a lively NW wind.

cold, damp, windy and great! I ran about 11k which is my farthest for ages but my knee is starting to hurt after 4-5k and the plantar fasciitis is definitely not gone :( But I still loved it!
I had my first gym session with the tri club last night too which was brilliant.
