Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

5.2 miles @ 0630 this morning: cool, a slight breeze and the joy of the sunrise silhouetting Old Christ Church in Waterloo, Liverpool while being reflected on the smaller lake - no camera today, alas!

3 miles in a dry spell. Delighted with self because didn't want to get up. Making up for huge amounts of choc eaten yesterday.

Bleurgh. Intervals in the drizzle, early doors. Schedule said 40 mins, hoisted white flag after 25mins.

Beautiful :) Wind had dropped right down, sun was shining, sky was blue, trees were all sorts, I had new blueshoesblueshoes on and I had a full hour to play with.

Pretty good, if a bit wet, took the dog with me and she seemed to enjoy it, especially the extra muddy bits. I went A over T once on an extremely muddy and slippery descent. Though there was low cloud I could see the village where I live, below me, through gaps in the cloud. No one about. Brilliant.
