Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well, it was yesterday really, absolutely mint, the Purbeck Marathon, along the coastal path, then back along the Purbeck ridge. The first half was great, but the second half climbs seemed a bit cruel, especially the last one from Corfe.

Another pleasant morning run. Just wimbling along very comfortably. Felt as if I could run for ever. Nicely warmed up for circuit training.

Thanks trigirl, today's run was mostly very slow, mostly very short, and mostly wearing lots of wet weather gear, legs did just about work.

Oh I want to do the Purbeck Marathon, but the hills do put me off. But well done on that one!!

Today's run was fabulous!! I love running in the rain puts a smile on my face, so if you saw someone running through the streams along the side of the road, through the puddles (went out of my way for the deep ones) and jumping off the curb into the puddles, that was likely me :-) Have to say it was a fun run enjoyable run despite it being a tempo run :-)

3m hills early this morning. But not as unpleasant as that sounds. Quite good in fact.

Easy just under 3 miles with Ely Juniors, three hill reps at a very sedate pace, legs have settled down from the weekends activities BUT left hamstring needed time to warm-up, will keep a check on it!

Easy 5 this morning instead of the bike ride because of wet roads. Hopefully drier tomorrow. Enjoyed the run, though.
