Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

5 miles early this morning. Chilly and faster than I expected for the HR. This training stuff actually seems to work. Who knew?;-)

Snap Nellers! 6m-ish early this morning. Also chilly and probably a lot slower than you, but better pace than for a while, by my standards, so well chuffed.

Today's run was another swim. 2 more sleeps till I dare attempt a little jog. Bricking it, tbh, and can't think about anything else.

The first 2.5K was great. It was lovely and bright and I was finding a slightly faster pace than I'm used to quite comfortable. Then the heavens opened and it hammered down accompanied by gusts of wind. I called it a day at 3.5K. Desperately trying to warm up at home now.

Beautiful morning running towards the dawn and faster than I've run 8 miles before. A great start to the day!

Just tried to run and relax. Strangely felt better at 6 miles than I did at 2 ....

Four mile recovery run, which was good, however the legs keep seizing up if I remain stationary for any period of time :(
