Hill reps. Felt stiff and achy from yesterdays gym session, but warmed into it after the first rep. Still on 5 reps, but i think the hill was bigger this week.
I'm sticking with that excuse.

Not good. I had a seemingly innocuous fall on my bike a couple of weeks ago, knocking my knee in the process. It seemed like beyond a little discomfort it was recovering well. However yesterday, stuck in a country hotel woth no lit roads around I resorted to a treadmill and it appears to have fucked it. Tonight even the slightest downhill made my knee scream. I'm not happy

'Easy' 5-miler, felt slightly tired and lethargic during mile two but that feeling passed quickly. 'Easy' pace seems to have quickened to 8.2x

A nice easy 5 miles. I saw a kingfisher just into my second mile. A bright blue jewel. The sun peeked through on mile three. Lovely morning!
