14x 2min hill repeats. In the afternoon sun. Hard work, but good to have it in the bag.

Interesting! Was supposed to be a tempo run, but also trying a new route, which ended up being more trail and more lost than anticipated!

Same old 8.37 miles / 1 hr. Nice length of run although did enjoy yesterday's 15.5 along the seafront etc for a change. Different scenery does help sometimes although nice knowing my mile points as well as sometimes I run ages and seem to have not even run a mile.

The last mile or so of a 5 or 6 mile walk turned into a run after we realised a thunder storm was closing in and we were still 2000ft above sea-level above Littondale

Thistle.
Much better than yesterday. Really enjoyed it. 10 miles, an undulating route. I waited until the sun disappeared before I went out.

12 miles in the torrential rain. Wet shorts = unpleasant chaffing

Just over 10 miles along road, off-road fields and wasteland, the town centre etc and only got cut off about 10 times by white van man and silver car drivers. Amazing how many dead end streets they have to turn into and/or then pull in at the exact point you want to cross forcing you to run further up the road where it's guaranteed a long line of cars is to prevent you further from crossing!
Anyway, around 37 miles this week so far and still a longer run on Friday to go.
