Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I didn't quite know what to expect. My first session with the group from the health centre. Qualification? BMI over 35, plus some kind of lifestyle disease.
They were fab. We did a half-hour session with no let-ups. Finishing with a relay race. We run in a sheltered courtyard about 200 metres by 50 metres, varied levels, odd corners. Several don't want to run "in the wild" for obvious reasons. After the session they all stood around wanting to talk. So I missed my next session. But who cares!!!!

It was surprisingly goo considering I ran 6 miles without meaning to do so. Plus I forgot my watch so even better that I didn't have something to keep thinking about on my run. I could just run. :-)
