Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

LoL Danny.

Mine finished prematurely. Think I might have ruptured something. I keep rubbing it but it's not getting any better. My wife rubbed it for a little while. It took my mind of it but the discomfort returned as soon as she stopped. Perhaps she should have been rubbing the site of the pain instead?

Once round both lakes without stopping - first time for weeks! must be getting a bit fitter. Also swam last night, planning (maybe) a large triathlon next year..... Also saw a large Heron. (Not in the swimming pool)....
Lovely morning for it. Damp and slightly red thighs when I got back.

12M at 6 am with hard rain the whole time and can't-see-the-ground darkness for the first 6M. I wouldn't say it was fun...

Sorry to hear that KB. I went out at 10am in perfect conditions! Mind you had to run through long grass for a mile or too so did have soggy feet.

Bit sad as did a 9miler and elected to leave Blott as he is a large dog & is starting to slow & I felt although he would manage it might not be in his best interest so took his sidekick who is only a year & his top is made out of rubber&7 his bottom is made out of springs. It was his 1st run on his own & he was perfect apart from a tendancy to get under my feet.

Started off at a sensible 7.57 pace but seemed to get faster despite off road through Thetford forest & plenty of hills & sand.Av pace 7 41 & HR 148. Shooting pain in my sacrum at 8 miles but doesn't seem to have developed into anything

Should I run today or tommorrow. I did 10 mmile Sunday night and 3 mile hardish last night. Should I go for a 5 mile tempo tonight or rest and do it tomorrow. Bring on the experts :)
