Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

Yes that's good going for a HR that low. Mines getting better but that's quite amazing.

Gobi, I replied to your email btw. Just went for a steady 10 miles today funnily enough at about the same avg HR but a tad slower than 8mm :-)

Cancelled again, for the second time in a row.
Feel all my post-half conditioning and enthusiasm draining away.
Really missing my weekend long runs

GSR in 3 weeks Hendo.

It's just family stuff coming first as it should. No time for hour + runs
Frustrated that I'm not training to to run well, rather than just get round

Morning all. Sounds like a Sunday of good runs for many Fetchies. Well done all.

I might get out for 4 or 5 miles recovery run later, or I might not. Taper starts here :-)

5 mile recovery run today. It actually felt a bit chilly running slowly.

A last minute short quick(for me - 9.06 pace) run down to Tesco, and run/walk back, running more of the hills than I normally manage.

Will do longer route to sports centre tomorrow evening with Andrew hopefully
