Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

perfect running weather - happy that my 20m run was 2 minutes quicker than my 20m race pb (set earlier this year) :-)

muddy, autumnal, wet...really nice. Dogs had a great time and are now snoring. Off to chisel off the mud in the shower.!

enjoyed this morning's 20 miles, decent pace for me as well. The weather was excellent and started to drizzle just before the finish.

Brill. Had to get back for wife to do her long run, and only had time for 8.5 miles... got in and her run was cancelled so back out and managed 10! Wicked.

After reading the instructions for new Garmin 305 it was getting dusk, so I put on head torch and headed out into the hills. The sunsetting over the Shropshire hils was a truely amazing sight, so all in all, another cracking, if a little bit short, run.
