Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A very hard 13 miles tonight in the cold. Really seem to be struggling on anything remotely long since Abingdon, ended up about 30s per minute slower than I intended before setting out

It started really well, when I found a reasonable start point. Bit of a route finder today, along footpaths and bridleways, all very nice but the fog didn't lift. went off course a couple of times, but not too dramatically. Then started to get tired towards the end. By the time I finished it was dark as well as foggy. Head torch in use again. So todays run was not quite cracking, but still good. :-)

4 chilly miles, largely off road in the early light of dawn, taking in the shore :)

7 miles after work. Chilly but still. Effortless pace and form felt good.

Not a bad effort

Strong and painfree, which is good after doing 40 tough off-road miles at the weekend :)

Very pleased tonight. New PB around my self-made 5 mile course...still very very cold though!
