Another little one to finish off the week and bring my total for the week to 79 miles. A bit surprised at that, TBH

Little bit too hot to enjoy towards to end! I had an old lady admire my shorts as I went past which was a bit random! but she had been sitting mumbling to herself before I got level!

This is my first time posting so please be gentle with me! I just wanted to add (show off ;-)) that I ran my furthest so far today - 7.1 miles - in my quickest pace too! I began running at the beginning of June so only about 6 weeks ago and I am pretty chuffed with my progression so far.
I am training for the Bristol Half Marathon.

Welcome to Fetch JayElle. Excellent running! 7.1 miles in 6 weeks is fantastic. It took me a year to get to that, so well done.
