Why thank you very much! I do feel great for all the exercise I'm getting and its also a bonus to have a hubby who is an avid runner and gives me lots of help & advice on training etc.

Wellington TOUGH 10 Miler in 1:55
What a fabulas testing run - The Wellington 10k & 10 mile road race,
Only we as usual opted for the 10 miles, why ?? I cannot imagine, it’s hilly and tough as old boots, lovely and rural rolling countryside
But I wasn’t have no 10k - so the 10 miles was the ideal option, I knew this course was going to be tough- The first and last bits were the same as the 10k, but after that it got HILLIER- thirsty work, oh the 10k bit was hilly believe me,
It was only a small event in comparison to some, but it was simply perfect, well organised, spot on I’d say
Very friendly atmosphere, parking start and finish, toilets , changing & showers all within
It was one of those runs were if you can do that, it make the others look easy
An event that I’d recommend to anyone for a special day out - but beware of the HILLS
