My daughter is going to help me with my max HR next week when I am down her way. Not sure I am looking forward to it.

Went back home to sulk,really gutted. has anybody else ever done that? I felt really daft and skulked off before anyone could see ( was wearing my fetch vest too , the shame!) went for a 12 mile run instead as needed to keep up the training for felixstowe half marathon.

Thankfully I hadn't organised the team so on that occasion it was not my mistake (although it is something I am very likely to do).
