Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

Cor blimey, there's a lot of miles going on here. I'll try and get my piffling little effort in later.

Rebel,

When I started running a long run for me was 2 miles.

It matters not how far you run or how fast.

What does matter is that you enjoy yourself :-)

Good run today. Still trying to build it up after having the summer off, so went slow and steady.

Lovely run this morning, all misty in the woods and then just as I was starting the slow grind up the hill I had a magical "brush with disney meets nature moment" when a pretty little doe popped her head out of the bracken and jumped onto the path in front of me, quickly followed by her beautiful fawn. Heart gladdening moment which made me completely forget I was going up the nasty hill :-)

Ahhhh.... I love running :-D
