Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Schedule said 5 x 7 15 & did 6 51,6 56, 7 04, 6 47, 6 42 after mile warmup so feeling better than have been. on rough track/sand with gradient too but stood between reps until HR 100 rather than 400m jog as directed which was a bit of a cheat.

Good luck with 20M LL, hope it goes well. Good luck with the golf BB. It is funny how you can run for 90mins & be disappointed when most people can't run for more than a minute. Hope it goes better tomorrow TMW

Did my intervals and guess what? They rocked!

10*400M @ 110 seconds per effort with 90 secs jogging rest.

Loved it! :-)

BB, good work on the 20 miler. You'll be in fine fettle for Chicago.

LL, have a good 20 miler tomorrow.

TMW, I know how you feel, I felt like shite yesterday and didn't feel like I could run. You'll be ok, sometimes as BB says it just doesn't happen.

Blott's Mate, you did well considering the conditions underfoot. It makes a BIG difference a bit of an incline or softer ground.

I hope so Ian .The hardest aspect is the unevenness as there are endless ruts & it's an ankle risk but it will hopefully toughen me up psychologically & make road races seem easier

I had a cracking 16 miler this morning on roads I had never seen before. Very hilly but lovely views

Easy peasy 10K. Faster running, slower heart rate. This is how is supposed to work, right? :)

NOt bad - 7.2 miles 1:04. Eanjoyed it, only 6 miles short of 100 for the month for 5th month in a row, and 2 short of 700. ONe more run before a few days rest - 10k next sunday - last race of the year for me.
