Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

10 miles - 5 miles out & back up to moors. Bloody freezing by 4th mile and legs felt very cold & tight. Training going well for Worksop HM.

I did 10.2 miles after work. I'm not walking too well now but it was the longest run I've ever done so I'm over the moon!

Marathon Lads
Perfect evening

Hello fellow runners

I went to the club tonight SOLO , went with the newer runners again, so as to contain it all ( my running i mean ) and keep things easy

we ran for about 1 hour 10 mins - no idea how far - it was cool, tranquil, peaceful, talking to each other -

it was a very enjoyable run, had a cool shower after - it's left me after a few subdued days leaving me feel good again

we have GER Peterborough HM Sunday - ( I'm told it's virtually flat ) i intend to tackle it gently, quietly, NOT forcing any pace - i'm going to make sure it's clinical and methodical - using little or NO effort at all in getting around

the purpose it should serve - to leave me in physcologically and physically mint condition for Abingdon marathon Oct 19th
I feel good, and it's good to play, it keeps the mind and body nice and relaxed - and a physically and mentally relaxed body performs so much better

Hoping ALL of you are well

Mick

Good planning and running Mick :) They do keep saying GER is flat.... I get suspicious of that word... .makes me think of undulating ! Enjoy as always

I manage a wee 5m miler at 5pm before starting work again at 7pm. Just a run that I almost never did. After late late finish at work last night I was worried of no energy but it was nice in the sun not too warm or cold :)
