Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Oo, my legs felt like lead after last night's club session. Hopefully I'll have loosened them up a bit now though.

Very good little run. A little over 6 miles, along more of a trail type route and with the running club.

Turns out Cobhamrunner is also joining the club and we chatted most of the way round.

The club side of things is very social(bearing in mind we start and end) at a local pub.

Rest day today.

Rubbish here also. Although I should not be so hard on myself. I went for a 10 mile LSR and ended up doing 9.6 due to change or route. I found some Hills, that should have been called mountains!! I never knew they were there, and it serves me right for changing my route. OMG my legs ache, and I mean ache. I had these 'hills' from 3.5 miles until 7 miles, will be interested when I upload from garmin what it looks like. Had to walk 1/2 a mile. OUCH!!

Not bad. 11 miles of slowish sniffly running. Cold is a pain, but it's above the neck, so I'm persevering
