Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

very nice thanks

Plus, courtesy of Mr Hollywood (the IT God) I've managed to link my Garmin to FE.

A cheeky 7 miler (in the dark, adding a certain.....edge).

Left ankle still ok, but best of all, I was wearing my brand spanky new FE running vest.

3.5 miles to get to work, and my body hated every second of it.

Fantastic.

It was a bit like Forest Gump. Was planing to run 12k with 350 meter elevation, but i just kept going ended up doing this amazing loop of 17 k with 650 meters elevation in the woods views of arran kintyre bute and lots of other lovely places. I've been wanting to do this for a couple of years now.

Longest run for 18 months :) :) :) :) :)

I am such a plum!

Interval trg today, but I forgot to program in the 'rest' periods on my Garmin. Consequently, whilst 'powering' my way through one of two 0.75m intervals I wondered why;
A) It was taking so long
B) why I felt sick.

Turns out I had done both intervals and was actually most of the way through the second one.

It threw me a bit and made the last 4 shorter intervals a little tricky.

The problem with all this IT stuff, is that it is still in hands of an idiot like me.

Nice to get out though and away from my desk.
