Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Felt pretty good. Actually fairly fast for me too.
Think the new trainers are wearing in now so much more comfy.

Just need to convince my legs that they can do 10k and not just 9.

DNR. Legs still trashed and I have an upset stomach.

The good news is everyone else had a lovely time at the Spire 10! :-)

I ran on the spur of the moment. A feeling all of a sudden came upon me to run and so I went running. Felt great to be out there. I had to run against the wind for a bit, though that too was a nice challenge. Running along the seaside to do some intervals...what could be better?

Crap, really. Ran out of steam (again) and realised I hadn't eaten for 7 hours. What a pillock. :-(

Still, had a fab weekend camping at the seaside :-)

Spire 10, what a hard course, even had a headwind (up the hills) but a great race, we will be back next year :)
