Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Club session tonight 8¬)

9x 1 minute reps on the prom, which was scenic. I had a burn-off with my mate on the last rep (and lost by a short head) so it was good fun.

ok, supposed to be 5 miles, but not enough time so 3.5 in 34 minutes.

Not bad considering I couldn't get downstairs on Sunday.

7.3 miles, two 6 minute efforts with 2 min jog recovery then the last 3.68 miles as a tempo run.

First track session for 8 weeks. 10x400m. Didnt push too hard but all done in under 90 secs with rep number 10 coming in at 82 secs. Also a bit of cross training at lunch with a couple of slow trewadmill miles thrown in to warm up and warm down.

7 (50something) minute miles! Only 4.6 of them but hey it's a start. Might be making a late charge for 'reasonably prepared' on Sunday. w00t
