Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

10K PB. Second PB in 4 days. Very pleased, although a tough race. It was a battle, but a 20 second PB

What run? I was also out 'til all hours of the night at a terrific dinner party, and had too much wine - no energy today (must be an allergy; couldn't possibly be the 99 bottles of fine red wine). Had every intention of doing a 12-km run, but..... Ah, well, tomorrow will come - regretably bringing with it rain and cold weather, but there we are.

Recover run after yesterdays effort at Derwent Trail Race :)

Well, I say recovery run. It started off as a recovery run, with achey calves and hamstrings n all, but I got a little carried away and ran at about 7:15 per mile. Felt really good tho. Absolutley on top of the world after yesterday:)
