Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

bit sore this morning - only 8.5miles last night and need to be going longer distances as Amsterdam marathon in October. Nursing knee injury but getting better slowly, just hope it will be in time!

Just realised that yesterdays run took my yearly total above that for all of 2006. It's not a lot of miles compared to many of you out there, but I'm happy. :-)

10.5 miles on track (bar 1 mile jog there and back) felt ok in terms of strength but no speed in the legs at all No flare up of the calf problem so happy enough, anti-inflammatory tabs finished now so see how LSR goes over the weekend (planned 16 miler)

Boingy, I have to agree it's a good feeling - for 2007, I am now only 1 mile short of doubling my 2006 distance (159 miles this year so far), and that's despite my enforced lay-off due to my Persian Excursion!

Whitwick 10k this weekend, and things are going well :)

I'll let you know when I get back from the club. There are ten miles with hills so it will be hard. :-)
