Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Gentle 4m this morning, 10x800s this evening with a couple of miles run there and back. Hard work, but all good training.

DNR again. Shin splints hurting a bit after last night's strength training. Perhaps the one-legged calf raises were not such a great idea!

7 miles before breakfast took me to 1000 miles for the year.

i felt like i was flying!

(no fast runners are allowed to post after this and say they enjoyed their long, slow 6.30m/m long run.....)

Really enjoyed my LSR, averaging 6.29m/m.....

Only joshing.

Actually, I was seriously under par today. Managed (barely) a slow 4 miler at lunchtime.

May have had something to do with the 8 pints of lager and a curry, as part of being at the Oval, yesterday.

:-P

i would suspect that lager and the curry were not ideal running fuel...

The session was 2 repetitions of:

4x400 metres with 1 minutes jog recovery.

2x 800 metres with 2 minutes jog recovery.

All off road on grass/trail.

Nice. :-)
