Met up with Sushi before the start, she is slowly getting her running fitness back after finishing the virtual challenge swim and I’m just taking it easy so we decided to have a fun afternoon, chatting, running, walking and holding gates open for the racers. I have really enjoyed having Sushi’s company on this run. The time flew by. Can’t remember all those stiles though, Sushi said it’s like childbirth and you forget the horrible bits 🤣. I felt strong at the end and felt I could have gone further 😁
