flanker far too hot for me, and still not fully recovered from Fairlands, so a bit of a disaster (althoguh actually bang on predicted time!) First half was OK, but hot and hard work. Second half I fell apart. Managed to recover a bit by the end, but the heat and dehydration 18-25 miles did for me. I'm sure this is a great race and I will be back next year to enjoy it and do it justice. This year I did neither of those things!
