Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Early newt from me today, always an early bird but it’s so good to have the light coming back into my mornings! Off to visit my mum this morning (I’m her bubble) and set up her newt tablet!

That's stunning LGJ! What a a way to start the day :)

My rescue daffs are really getting into the swing of things now

I'm not sure what my main newt today will be yet, but I'm pleased to report that as well as the unexpected stash delivery yesterday I also tried a non alcoholic gin for the first time and found it quite pleasant.

I might try to pick up the other expressions too, next time I'm at the supermarket where I got this one (I think the one I got was garden 108).

Mum gave me some bulbs in December. I thought the fox had dug them up but one has popped up this morning.

I already have two newts for today.

For the first time ever, i have come back from my dog walk and then gone for a run before work :-) Its a good job I am working from home today and made it into the office 2 mins late.

Have then been having a whatsap conversation with my brother regarding him starting to run, he doesn't run but a health scare has made him decide to take running up :-)

Great picture lgj. I'm very excited about today's newt and it will feature in a blog as well - possibly even todays and tomorrow's blog material but at the moment there is nothing to say!

*waits for BBL’s blog* That’s a great start to the day Mandymoo. Not sure what my newt will be today yet but it might involve being Jolly Brave.

About This Thread

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
