Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

An hour under a starry sky and a bright full moon to light the way. 3 deg C, slight swell on incoming tide. Still soggy in places.

Neil_E_There Sorry to hear you are struggling with the changes at your club
Nice pic Steve
Sounds like your getting back into the swing of it Lip Gloss
Next one will be better Bowman take care with your COVID recovery

Nice sounding runs Hunkyteddy and swittie

Hope the niggle was just a niggle ElDuderino

25 mins tempo showed I have lost a lot of pace/fitness over the last month or so but enjoyed the effort and the ache after. Half of the ground was muddy where the sun had been half was frozen where the sun hadn’t got to it. Lovely to see a pair of little egrets on my run

It's those unexpected sights, sounds and smells that a run delivers, usually quite by chance. :) Good terrain selection, riggsy! :)

Getting back on it, Lip Gloss. Well done :)

Longest run since beginning of December just over 7 miles mainly along the Chesterfield canal that in places had a thin layer of ice. Legs felt good once I got going after yesterday’s harder session

Looks like your getting back into it Lip Gloss nice to see.

Today was about the same as yesterday, about -2 ET, fairly still. No snow, few ice patches. I still wore spikes in my Peregrines because they are so comfortable and help with the odd trail stretch on sloping ice. Cut through town, hence the strange picture.

Great efforts people!
Yes riggys i will, probably a little knackered from the ordeal, but its no differences from previous "downs"really, its just to keep going and push through, one step at the time. :) Great to hear you are on the way back again riggys.
Last run was somewhat better, a little stiff legs and not much power. And the cold and darkness and end of the day after a long day of work adds to the discomfort :)
Ill keep going.

Today still heavy legs, a little thick in the throat and nose. But overall ok feeling. So will still take it easy until I’m strong.
