I did 14 miles with some club mates on our snowy hills instead. i'll be at Wollaton Park though, since it is about 3 miles from my house.

What xc's all about - a good tough workout that you wouldn't get on the boring old tarmac

Have a stinking chesty cough and shouldnt have run really but needed to incase someone didnt show. And guess what our top runner who won it last month didn't! I did more than get round I was behind someone who I normally have the edge over but only just. Hopefully beat 16th place from last month and the team held there own again. As for the course was very churned up mud really collected on the stretches making the double hills tough. County champs next week hope to be fit taking the day off again tommorow.
