Lexo Nov 2010 8:57pm, 25 Nov 2010 281 posts	Quote Pin Lexo I quite liked the spikes to be honest just never really got round to wearing them and couldnea be bothered with the actual spikes and keys and stressing which length ofto ewaer (is it a 6mm or 9 mm courseoh the choices !!ll ) and all that marlarchy. way too fiddly for someone as disorganised as me as I have enough trouble remembering to pack my shorts for a race let alone spike accesories
