wilts country champs are combined with somerset and avon this year. i am slightly concerned because it uses the same course at bath uni that the gwent league use. last months event was cancelled due to health and safety issues!!!!!!!!
but i hope to be there for my first xc of 2010!

Scottish Borders XC series starts at the Weekend. starting with Gala on Sunday....a tough little number with some killer hills ....12 quid for 7 races ..bargain!!

XC race two for me on Sunday. Woodland with bits of tarmac so no spikes. I bought them months ago and still haven't had chance to wear them yet

Gave my Spikes away the other week, never really used them much to be honest, Run in inov8s and love them, clocked up over 500 offroad miles in them this year and only fallen on my face once

I do all my off road runs (Woodland and Moors mainly) in inov8s and am also a little bit in love with them. I'm beginning to regret my spikes purchase....

I quite liked the spikes to be honest just never really got round to wearing them and couldnea be bothered with the actual spikes and keys and stressing which length ofto ewaer (is it a 6mm or 9 mm courseoh the choices !!ll ) and all that marlarchy. way too fiddly for someone as disorganised as me as I have enough trouble remembering to pack my shorts for a race let alone spike accesories

I heard about that Timda something about cows and a farmer not given permission? Anyway have been assured everything is set for the 12th! Oxford league race first though last one was a shock to the system...
Joint 1st on the team prize though I need o pull my socks up to get ahead of Radley!
