Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

ndellar, I'm on Warfarin for life after various things including a PTE, it shouldn't be a barrier long term once you are over the initial problem (not a doctor blah blah).

Scotland held its national short course xc champs today at a new course in Renfrew which consisted of two laps of a flat playing field. Disappointing choice! The old course in Glasgow which I did once at least had a wee hill in it - well a slope anyway ;-)

Almost three minutes faster than 11 months ago on the same course (slightly longer this time) . Happy with that. Was also sixth counter for A team. There were a few missing so shouldn't happen again this season but still beat all those that I wanted to beat and don't have a chance at beating those ahead of me ATM.

Well done SPR, I've only ever run at Pitville once on a very windy day. Liked it though.

Want a report back on Leamington please someone, didn't go and watch but the rumour was they had to change course at the request of the council, meaning no ditch!!

Thanks both.

If I hear anything about Leamington I'll let you know. Did hear a conversation about a ditch not having enough water in it at my race but didn't realise it was about Leamington.
