We are marshalling at the Inter counties next Sat, usually on the horrendous crossing point near the finish that everyone tries to use to get back to the tented area. I shall give any Bucks runners a shout. And when you're done please don't try and cross by diving out in front of people from the next race

Well... tomorrow is it! The last 6 months of solid training will be condensed into a tough 15 minute effort!
It will also be good to see the all the races! There's not many sports where you can be within a metre of the best... and after tomorrow I think that for many of the seniors, the xc season will be over.
