Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done Callum - and great to get into the intercounties team too! What sort of distance do you run for that one?

Nice one CB

We are marshalling at the Inter counties next Sat, usually on the horrendous crossing point near the finish that everyone tries to use to get back to the tented area. I shall give any Bucks runners a shout. And when you're done please don't try and cross by diving out in front of people from the next race :-p :)

We have a hill at Wimpole. You'll love it.

When I say "love" I mean you'll hate my guts so much I'll have to blame ChrisHurk again for designing the course.

Great running Callum. I'll give those parkruns a miss, thanks!! Either way, they're a bit far afield for me.

Well... tomorrow is it! The last 6 months of solid training will be condensed into a tough 15 minute effort!

It will also be good to see the all the races! There's not many sports where you can be within a metre of the best... and after tomorrow I think that for many of the seniors, the xc season will be over.
