Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Looks pretty grim... didn't fancy doing the journey on my own with nowhere to leave kit on site.

Did anyone get frostbite like at the regional champs a few weeks ago?

Good racing at Nationals all. Doesn't sound like it was the greatest day for travelling to a race though.

oi you
I know I had a lot more time than many to admire the view at Sunderland, but I've got to say I found it an uninspiring course. There's no "killer hill" like Alton Towers or Roundhey Park, no nice woodland section like Parliament Hill. Don't get me wrong, it was still a very hard run - just dull.
Anyway - I was pleased with 8th of 17 Vet60s in 1:10:12. It was the 700 mile round trip that done me in.

Last league xc race for me today - won my U15 race and league title so I am quite pleased.

I'm not race fit, but I'm in decent shape for next Saturday; the inter-counties championships.
