Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Poor Suzy feet. Sounds like your doing really well though with all your XC recently. Do Beachy Head marathon with us next year, you know you want to

I really enjoyed the Pirie 10 today! Real classic XC, very low key no fuss race set in lovely countryside. I was anxious about the 45 minute cut off for the first 5 miles as it had been tipping down with rain yesterday and although it was decidedly boggy in places made it through just in time. I think I need to lost a good 1 stone to look like the whippets nearer the front of the pack though!

windy wet and muddy today and 13th place. My best ever finish. It was a day for the strong rather than the fast today.

just a question - def. need to get some spikes. the innov8's were fine but lost grip where it was *really* muddy...

how have people found the sizing's of the nike waffles... spot on/small/big compared to normal shoe size.... was going to get a pair off the web as there's some good deals about.... usually run in asics so can't use the sizing from them.... ta xx

My highest ever finish at a cross country race today - was 2nd and just outsprinted to the line. What a mudfest though (Culham Park)! I haven't run that slowly in a race since my first ever 5k!!
