Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

MP pace is a strange inbetween pace that you only run in a specific session or a race itself, that's why it's so tough imho, the infrequency of it.

12 mile medium long run completed with an average pace of 8:11 m/m. Right on track again. :)

paul a - I think it's a shame, for selfish reasons, you don't upload your training to Fetch.

40:38 for a 10k today - lack of miles, lack of any speed work, and a lunpy course put paid to the hoped for sub 40. Got a half next weekend, see if I can break 1:30

Paul a, do you actually train or just run marathons? (very well may I add)

Nice one Gus considering the drawbacks, good luck next week.

Train like everyone else, just through 1800 miles this year so I don't do prolific mileage.

My point being I'm a (roughly) 50 ish mile a week kind of guy, which isn't high mileage by marathon standards.
