Today, I have been mostly running a three mile tempo. Very pleased. Weather great - a bit of sun, but not too hot at 7.30.

Well done OB. Been a while since I won any races but it's a lovely feeling.
Having not run for a week it was ok. Thought that the plus point of my laziness of the last week would be that the blisters would have had chance to start healing. Could feel the rubbing starting about 2 miles in so slowed down over second half of session. Blister hasn't re-formed which is good but suspect it might have done if I'd gone much further. With a half in just over a week I've run out of ideas on how to sort this problem out.

Uber fabulous. From my office nr St Pauls, down to the Thames path then along to the london eye, across, back to Tower bridge and across then back to millenium bridge. Sunny, clear, even london smelt fresh and clean after all the rain. Lots of fabulous sights to see, both architectural and of the lycra clad female variety!
