Boingy
Had a wierd one tonight. Moved house a couple of weeks ago, so am now in strange terratory, and had to try a new route, arrghhhh !! :-). Anyway, put 166bpm podrunner podcast on, and went on my way. Route had a couple of wee hills, which I am not used to, but otherwise my navigation skills were good and found a nice new loop to do. Athsma was bad though, bloomin hay fever :-(. Felt really rough all the way round. Got home, and felt rubbish and annoyed that I had struggled so much. Sat down and measured distance on gmap, put time in training log and worked out I had been doing 7min15sec miles, which is FLYING for me. Must have been that damn dance music I was listening to.......and that would explain why I felt like dying after 3miles !!!
Lesson learned = Must buy Garmin to pace better

Complete rubbish. Serpentine LFOM 5k race with after 2 week lay-off (for holiday), and one too many beers last night. I feel like a complete plonker!

Sluggish. Over 2 hours for 12 miles. This HRM malarkey's going to make me run FASTER eventually, right? At the moment I need convincing.
