Um yeah it was good and I came across a young man with ankle weights and what could only be described as 'carpet slipper/tennis loafers' on. Keen as mustard but probably doing untold damage to his lower limbs. errrr 5 miles supposedly controlled - weren't - got carried away and openned up on a few occasions - felt like flying.
