Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

After Saturday's unscheduled race, my Sunday run was hopefully a good indicator for next Sunday.

The plan was too do 12 miles on an out and back course aiming to run easy (7-30 poss 7-20 miling) on the way out and come back at marathon pace (6-40 or 6-45 miling). However I found I was running comfortably inside targets :)

Out section 42-51 (7-08 miling)
Back section 39-26 (6-34 miling)

Well done mx, all sounds very good for sunday.
Your thoughts about my ' unscheduled taper' last week proved to be right - I did a 10k pb by 4 secs yesterday!!! very chuffed, especially in that heat and the hills from 6k onwards were evil.
Happy sore legs today :-) :-) :-)

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Well done all who've had good runs!

DNR today. Really honing my impressions of a geriatric in need of a zimmer frame!! Bit of cross training tonight and a spot of gardening this morning and that's about it exercise-wise for today.
