Apr 2007 6:39pm, 16 Apr 2007 0 posts	Quote Pin 7 miles not so much a 'run' as a wander down through the forest to the beach in my running gear, running across the sand, and then sunbathing in the dunes for a while, then back through the forest to the car. with a little bit of running along the way! beautiful day, beach deserted! i think i must be the luckiest girl alive - miles of beach and only me on it! i think everyone should come to anglesey for a fetch summer holiday - it would be fab!
