Hills of Death (HOD)
Hot and had hangover- I was convienced I did something to my foot yesterday it was feeling numb twingey I was telling everyone hopefully if I do the marathon I was thinking all this training going to waist (doom gloom ).
Today I got cramp as my calf tightened up in bed I feel like a wreck

Lap of the heath (2.21M) & calf fine. Blott still puffing. Not big black dog weather even leaving it till 6pm.

Joyous; 2hrs with second hour hard in the heat. Went out at 1pm and loved it. Also slotted in a couple of very easy rides, and ordered a new bike!

22.65 miles in glorious sunshine (baking heat near the end). Not easy but fairly comfortable. Bodes well for Prague.
Heidi ran the furthest she has ever done today and I'm proud of her
