Tried a fairly hard (hilly) 5 miler, The Chi stuff did come together after a while I decided to clip the bungee at navel rather than chest. I always find this route hard but PEL 70% However the HR was high I was disappointed 162/169 (it did not feel like that though) knee niggle but ice massage good after and again the legs do feel as if they are ready to run again. 3 days into Chi running and this is a constant feature my legs feel fresh at teh end of it.

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Slow and sedate (around mara pace). Shin still twingey but less uncomfortable than yesterday and not painful as such. Still having breathing issues following my cold.

Lovely and warm. Did 9.3 miles after walking the dog. Set off at a decent pace, slowed down through the middle, then managed the last 3 miles in 18 minutes!

Thanks to Cabletow and Hanneke for some good advice, I have now been able to strech my groin strain with out any pain. Still get the odd acute discomfort now and again but it is now more of a general ache. I keep telling myself that I will not be doing LFM this year! Shame to waste the train ticket and hotel so I hope to come and support all the Fetchies running, after all there is nothing wrong with my voice!
