Me, Mac and Sussex fokelore combined in a road/x country/hilly chortle fest, during which some far too serious running for one so close to FLM (Mac, not me) was done. Found a really great bit of woodland with knotty paths and big dips - got all carried away with it. For reference - no chaffing whatsoever Highlights included Mick Miller's Mile, a nine ft dragon and that fact that the Normans invented forests. Damn we're quick now

Last year I couldn't sleep at night before a long PMP run and then I'd stuff it up when I got round to the run. And this year my PMP is 50 secs faster. Nice!
