Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Well Done Phil (pabc) sounds like a great run, enjoy the beer and choklit :)

Long slow 15.2 miles for me, legs felt tired but it ends a 44 mile week for me which is my longest EVER !!!!!

Now off with Snoozi for a nice roast dinner and a relaxing walk around Wollaton Park :):):)

Sir Pabsey - Knight of Fetch
Cheers BJ & OB. Actually - I'll stick with BeeJay - less likely to offend.

Are you the B that has been running with Martin a lot? Trying to put a face to the name.

I have run with a guy called Martin on a Tuesday nite a few times but I think you might mean his mate but that not me, joined LERC at the end of January. Spoke to you a few times, once i think when Fetch was there :)

Not there this week but will introduce myself next time :)

Superb weather today in Belgium. The UK too?

Did the biggest run of my plan. 3h30 run cos I want to creep inside 3:30 for my marathon. Also good because it was quite hot and it may well be on May 13th when my race is.

It's stunning here, Keefy! My run was lovely. 8.6m in the sun, all very slow as my marathon is a week away :-)
