Torture. Tried really hard for avg 70% WHR. Achieved it, but v sore feet/shin/calves. And it was no fun.

Runnus Interuptus. Silly doggy doesn't appreciate the finer points of focussed training.....

But smashing in parts - last time I'll wear running kit 'till Sunday's race. Will it miss me?
