Good. 1st run of the week. Quick lunchtime excursion. 1 mile warmup followed by 2 miles at 8mm pace and then another cool down mile. That's 100 miles for the years so far now.

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Got great facilities at Chelmsford. The indoor track looked good and seemed to have a really nice gym.

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
MX just need the rich husband/lottery win so that I can afford to move closer!!!!
size10 - erm, not really tbh. I'm actually getting on better with a 'teach yourself' book that I bought a while back. How are you finding it?

3 days off as had sore leg again so I thought s** this and went out today. Managed 14 miles - bit hilly and I swear one bit was vertical (checked on map and contours went from 10m to 20m in about 50 yds!) - which kept me slow. Masses of leg massage and streching when I got home so not too bad at the moment - fingers crossed! Ha I laff in the face of pain!!!
